About the Author

Dr. Evang Irene Revels-Hawkins, is a well-acclaimed speaker, writer and teacher. She was bestowed with doctorate degrees in Philosophy, Divinity and Theology from Christ Temple Bible College in Lockland, OH. Dr. Hawkins is also a certified teacher through the Evangelical Training Association. A native to Cincinnati, this highly anointed minister of the gospel, is also an inimitable singer, songwriter and vocal coach. She is a part time volunteer chaplain at The Cincinnati Christ Hospital. Dr. Hawkins childhood was very traumatic due to her mother's illness. By the age of seventeen, Dr. Hawkins had lived in forty-seven different foster homes. God used this transitioning process to empower her into the woman of Christ and the warrior that she is today. This attributes to her Christ given unique and powerful ministry that transcends cultures, race, and economics. She enjoys mentoring a number of women, teaching them how to effectively battle in spiritual warfare and minister effectively in carrying out the call of their daily living. Dr. Hawkins presently resides in Cincinnati, OH and is available for speaking engagements, seminars and special events.
